The Sacramento Bee noted that WattEV’s planned electric truck charging depot near Sacramento International Airport will be the nation’s largest charging station when it’s opened, serving to help electrify freight transportation in the region. It will have a solar field and on-site battery storage and was supported by a grant from the state.
